Do I need a Water Use Licence?
If you abstract water from a borehole, river or other source, or discharge to a water resource, you may legally require a Water Use Licence under the National Water Act. The process is document-heavy, technically demanding, and slow to correct if something is submitted wrong.
We manage it end to end. First we'll establish if you need a licence at all, then we'll compile and submit everything required if you do.
